Diploma in Mediation
Course Information
The course is delivered by one of the most experienced workplace mediators and trainers in Ireland.
The focus is pragmatic and practical and trains you how to mediate, in a hands-on and enjoyable manner. Course includes trainer input, group discussion, learning activities, case studies and role plays, and academic models.
There are two modules, the first teaches you how to mediate while the second considers mediation in a wider context including underlying useful theory and models of conflict.
Completion of both modules leads to a TU Dublin Diploma in addition to MII accreditation, while completion of the first module alone leads to MII accreditation.
